Supporting the "Friendship Month" initiated by Nagasaki's official online community "Nagasaki ​Yurinchi," we contribute for expanding multi-location living and relocation in Nagasaki.

yugyo Inc. (CEO: Ryo Osera) is conducting a campaign of a free stay( maximum: three weeks ​) at our shared house (co-living) "The Pier | Goto Nagasaki" located in Goto City, Nagasaki ​(Address: 1-7-12 Buke-yashiki, Goto, Nagasaki). Through this campaign, we aim to showcase ​island living at The Pier, and during this period, applicants can also enjoy a 10% discount on ​rent.

This initiative aligns with the "Friendship Month" organized by Nagasaki's official online ​community "Nagasaki Yurinchi" in January 2024. The purpose is to encourage individuals to ​experience the everyday aspects of "people" and "living" in Nagasaki.

■ About the 2 stay-campaigns

1. Share the Charm of Living at The Pier through Your Creativity

• Campaign Details:
  
• During a maximum stay of 3 weeks at The Pier, participants will share their
  
• experiences, interactions, and the nature and the food during their stay through
  
• their personal Instagram accounts. Please check out the application conditions below.
  

　　※Participants can stay at The Pier for free during the campaign period.

• Application Period: December 25 (Monday) - January 7 (Sunday)
  
• Stay Period: January 15 (Monday) - February 3 (Saturday) (up to 3 weeks)
  
• Number of Participants: 3
  
• Application Conditions:
  
• Individuals who are interested in relocating to Goto City, Nagasaki, and those ​interested in multi-location living.
  
• Individuals who are willing to post about the life in Goto City on their Instagram ​accounts (at least 5 posts per week, including stories posts).
  
• Contents Example: Lifestyle at The Pier, your own activities (both remote work ​and creative endeavors), interactions with the locals, nature of the Goto Islands, ​etc.
  
• Individuals who follow the official accounts of The Pier and yugyo Inc. , and mention ​the accounts "@ThePierGoto," "@yugyo_nomad," and "@nagasaki_yulinchi" in their ​posts (we will repost your posts).
  
• Individuals who can stay at The Pier for at least 2/3 of the stay period (move-in and ​move-out dates are negotiable).
  
• (*) Regarding "Free": Important Notes:
  
• Transportation costs to the location are not included.
  
• A deposit of ¥30,000 is required(refundable after departure).
  
• Utility costs and maintenance reserve funds are covered during the free stay.
  
• Individuals who has stayed at The Pier are ineligible for this campaign.
  
• If we receive a lot of applications, we are going to select the participants based on ​the submitted information.
  
• If participants wish to extend their stay after the campaign, we can arrange it at the ​regular price of the rent. (Long-term stay discounts are available; please inquire ​separately for details on accommodation.)
  

2. Experience Life on Goto Islands

• Campaign Details:
  
• Ideal for those who want to experience life with the people of Nagasaki for a month. ​Participants can visit Nagasaki like a traveler, and you can start living there without ​buying new furniture. A 10% discount will be applied for applicants during this period ​(discount applies to the first month).
  
• Rental Fees:
  

• Application Period: December 25 (Monday) - January 14 (Sunday)
• Stay Period: 1 month or more (10% off applies only to the first month)
  
• Number of Participants: A few
  
• Application Conditions:
  
• Individuals who are willing to actively share their experiences.
  
• Important Notes:
  
• Regular rates will be applied from the second month of the stay.

"Nagasaki Yurinchi" is the official online community of Nagasaki Prefecture, created with ​the aim of generating and expanding the network of people related to Nagasaki, both inside ​and outside the prefecture. Utilizing the "Open Chat" feature on LINE, which allows easy ​information exchange and communication, this initiative is the first project for Nagasaki ​Prefecture! Participants can join with their preferred nicknames, ensuring anonymity and a ​sense of security.
