The co-living space ‘The Pier | Goto Nagasaki’ ​is seeking residents for the "Supporting Goto-​Life Campaign - Spring & Summer 2024.”

yugyo Inc. (CEO: Ryo Osera) will start the "Supporting Goto-Life Campaign - Spring & ​Summer 2024" at the shared house(co-living) we operate, “The Pier | Goto Nagasaki” ​(Location: Bukeyashiki, Goto City, Nagasaki Prefecture). The first phase will run from April ​1st to June 30th, and the second phase will run from July 1st to September 30th. Early ​applicants who paid in full can enjoy up to 25% discount on their rent.

Additionally, starting March 16th, we have partnered with the multi-location community ​service ADDress (Operated by: Address Inc.), allowing exclusive short-term stays for ​ADDress users.

The Pier | Goto Nagasaki is a small co-living space that can accommodate up to 6 ​residents. Not only as a destination for ‘workation’ but also as a popular relocation option, ​Goto Islands offers the opportunity for ‘trial residency.’ Additionally, with meeting rooms ​and office facilities available onsite, it is an ideal accommodation for those considering ​entrepreneurship in Goto Islands.

■ About the "Supporting Goto-Life Campaign - Spring ​& Summer 2024".

<Spring 2024 Campaign>

With the 3-month contract and full payment of rent, maximum 25% discount is offered. ​Ideal for those embarking on a new life in Goto starting from April.

Note: 15% discount is normally offered with a one-year contract.

• Application Period: March 21st (Thursday) - March 31st (Thursday)

• Eligibility:
  
• For those moving in April: The campaign applies only to those who have ​completed their payment before the move-in date.
  
• ※ For those applying for the "Spring 24 Campaign" and wishing to move in ​between April 2nd and 10th, please consult with us. For move-ins after April ​11th, the fee will be a flat rate of ¥28,800 (two-thirds of ¥43,200/month).
  
• For those moving in May or June: The campaign applies only to those who applied ​by March 31st and completed full payment by April 10th.

• Additional charges apply for utilities, common area fees, and maintenance fees.
  
• We will collect 30,000 yen as a deposit in the first month. It will be refunded upon ​departure f there are no issues.
• If you wish to continue your contract after July, the Summer 2024 Campaign prices ​are available from July to September. In this case, please apply for both the Spring ​and Summer campaigns.
• Cancellation Policy:
  
• For cancellations or early departures after payment, refunds will be processed on ​a prorated basis.

The second phase offers a discount of up to 25% for the stays during the summer season, ​which would normally be priced at the high season rate of 62,000 yen/month. It's perfect ​for those looking to enjoy the summer of 2024 in Goto.

• Full payment deadline: April 10th (Wednesday)

<About “The Pier | Goto Nagasaki”>

Located just a 10-minute walk (4 minutes by car) from Fukue Port, SERENDIP HOTEL ​GOTO in Goto City utilizes the second floor to offer 6 private rooms with semi-double ​beds, a resident-exclusive kitchen, shared spaces, shower rooms, and washing machines. ​Additionally, a coworking space in the same area is available for free use (reservation ​required).

English language support is provided to accommodate a diverse range of lifestyle needs, ​regardless of nationality and duration of stay as short as 1 month.

Our co-living space is designed with the image of Goto's pier, which incorporates the motif ​of Goto's blue sea and white sky. We define this space as a place where the locals and ​the co-living residents mix together, creating a unique atmosphere. Our hope is that this ​space will not only be a place for the residents, but also a place open to the community, ​where we can live together with the locals and grow together with the community.
